(Head Office: Osaka, Japan; President and Representative Executive Officer: Taizo Terasaki) exhibited at SMM 2026 (Shipbuilding Machinery & Marine Technology), one of the world's largest international maritime trade fairs, held in Hamburg, Germany, from September 1 to 4, 2026.
SMM 2026 brought together shipowners, shipyards, marine equipment manufacturers, and other maritime industry professionals from around the world, providing a leading platform for showcasing the latest technologies and solutions for the global shipping and shipbuilding industries.
At the TERASAKI booth, under the themes of "Maritime Decarbonization," "Data Utilization," and "Lifecycle Support," we showcased a range of solutions, including the environmentally friendly TERASAKI Shore Connection*1, our onboard data platform (TMIP)*2 compliant with the IACS UR E27 cyber resilience requirements, marine power distribution and control systems (HS50, MS22, and GS50)*3, circuit breakers (TemBreak PRO, TemPower PRO, and ACB Retrofit)*4, and our GLOBAL SERVICE NETWORK*5, which provides comprehensive support throughout the entire vessel lifecycle.

*1 TERASAKI Shore Connection
"TERASAKI Shore Connection" is a shore power supply system that enables vessels at berth to safely and easily utilize shore-side electricity.
The system allows seamless and uninterrupted switching between onboard power and shore power, helping to reduce operational workload while enhancing safety. In addition, by utilizing shore power during port stays, vessels can reduce the operating hours of their onboard generators, thereby lowering CO₂ emissions, reducing air pollutants such as NOx and SOx, and mitigating noise in surrounding port areas.
The system complies with the IEC/IEEE 80005 series international standards, enabling connection to shore power facilities being deployed at ports around the world.
Recognized for its reliability and proven track record, TERASAKI Shore Connection has been adopted by more than 350 vessels worldwide, supporting maritime decarbonization and reducing environmental impact across the global shipping industry.

"TMIP" (TERASAKI Marine Information Platform) is an onboard data platform designed to collect, store, and utilize a wide range of data generated onboard vessels.
It was showcased as a solution that supports greater operational efficiency and advanced data utilization in vessel operations. In addition, TMIP has obtained multiple type approvals for compliance with the IACS UR E27 cyber resilience requirements, including approvals from ABS and ClassNK (NK), contributing to the mitigation of cyber risks in the maritime industry.

"TemBreak PRO" is a series of molded case circuit breakers (MCCBs) and earth leakage circuit breakers (ELCBs), while "TemPower PRO" is a compact, high-performance air circuit breaker (ACB).
In addition to power circuit monitoring and display functions, the smart models support remote monitoring and management through communication networks.
ACB Retrofit was also introduced as a solution that enables existing switchboards to be upgraded with the latest air circuit breakers while utilizing the existing panel infrastructure.
