Terasaki Electric Co., Ltd.(President: Taizo Terasaki) participated in MARINTEC CHINA 2025, a marine exhibition held in Shanghai, China from December 2nd to 5th, 2025.
At our booth, we introduced our data utilization products the TERANET50X engine monitoring and control system, the TemBreak PRO series and TemPower PRO series smart breakers, the onboard data platform TMIP (TERASAKI Marine Information Platform), the shore power supply system TERASAKI Shore Connection, the medium-voltage switchgear HS50, the power distribution control system MS22, the group starter panel GS50, and the global service network GSN.

・TERANET50X, TMIP, TemBreak PRO, TemPower PRO
TERANET50X is a distributed integrated monitoring and control system that minimizes the impact of failures by distributing interchangeable standard components and integrating them with double-loop Ethernet.For monitoring and control, it collects ship-related data, primarily from the engine room.
TMIP is an onboard data platform that connects with onboard systems such as TERANET50X to collect and store various onboard data and provide it to various applications. This contributes to the utilization of onboard data and work efficiency.
TemBreak PRO is the new TemBreak PRO series, a redesign of the TemBreak2 series of no-fuse breakers and earth leakage circuit breakers. The no-fuse breakers range from 30A to 3200A frames, and the earth leakage circuit breakers range from 30A to 800A frames.
TemPower PRO is an air circuit breaker that packs high performance into a compact body. The concept is "Compact & User Friendly."
The TemBreak PRO series and TemPower PRO series offer a lineup of smart types that not only have protective functions but also the ability to measure and display electrical circuit information. By installing an optional communications module, measurement data can be communicated, allowing remote monitoring and management of various information.
At this exhibition, the smart types TemBreak PRO and TemPower PRO were connected to TERANET50X, and data was shared via RS485 communications. The following demonstration was given as an example of how data from TemBreak PRO and TemPower PRO can be used.

This is a standard feature of TERANET50X. When an event such as an alarm occurs, data before and after the event is automatically saved. This is useful for analyzing the cause of equipment failures.

・TERASAKI Shore Connection, HS50, MS22, GS50
TERASAKI Shore Connection is a system that reduces environmental pollutants discharged from ships and protects the port environment by stopping the ship's generator engine when anchored and supplying the necessary amount of electricity from shore. It also complies with the regulations requiring the use of shore power in the FuelEU Maritime regulations.
HS50 is a major renewal of product specifications from previous models based on experience cultivated over many years in medium-voltage distribution control technology. While maintaining high safety, it has improved various rated current values and reduced depth dimensions. It is installed on ships that require high-capacity power generation systems.
MS22 is a product that incorporates future needs and aims to be "CE marking compliant," "downsized," "environmentally friendly," and "improved safety." It is a system for efficiently and safely supplying electrical energy to all devices and equipment installed on ships.
GS50 is a product that incorporates "space saving," "improved maintenance and workability," and "improved safety." It is a system for controlling and protecting the motors installed on ships.
